Front Range Primary Care accepts almost every major insurer. Most plans are confusing, and often, its difficult to identify your insurance provider, even on your insurance card.
What if I have a high-deductible health plan?
More and more, health care consumers are choosing insurance plans that require them to meet a high deductible before the insurance provider will begin covering medical expenses incurred by the consumer. For this reason, avoiding the emergency room and seeking primary care services, whenever possible, will save you money. Front Range Primary Care offers payment arrangements to help you pay the portion of your visit that will apply to your deductible. Your insurance carrier can easily assist you in verifying your deductible amount prior to your visit. Reference the back side of your insurance card for your insurance carrier’s contact information.
Co-Pays / What is my co-pay?
Your co-pay is due at the time of your visit. Cash, credit cards, debit cards, and checks are accepted. At the time of your visit, we will verify your eligibility, as well as your co-pay amount. You may also reference your insurance card, where primary care co-pays are typically listed. Lastly, your insurance carrier can easily assist you in verifying your co-pay amount prior to your visit.
